BCB Construction was launched to change the face of the affordable housing market through our dedication and commitment to provide quality within affordability, without sacrificing design and style. We are a Christian-based, Minority-Women owned Construction Company that provides future homeowner’s and Housing Departments with residential & multifamily new construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, project management and estimating services. Working in conjunction with local and federal Housing Authorities, we build energy efficient, high quality affordable homes that exceed building codes and create remarkable communities. Our mission is to change the face of the affordable housing market. We believe the greatest stories of success come from companies that care; companies that reach across socioeconomic lines to bridge gaps within their community and their industry. Which is why we pride ourselves in targeting underrepresented ethnicities to diversify our industry while transforming families into neighbors, streets into neighborhoods and neighborhoods into communities.

Our People
Over two-thirds of renters think that home ownership is out of their reach. Renters typically spend significantly more a month on housing than homeowners. However, quality affordable homes are limited in options. In Houston for every 100 extremely low-income households there are only 19 affordable units available. In addition to there being a shortage of affordable homes, the affordable homes being build lack design, quality and upgrades typically found in homes with a higher price point. BCB Construction LLC’s mission is the change the face of the affordable home market by Bridging The Gap between luxury and affordability. A key aspect of our unique approach to building is our dedication and commitment to providing quality within affordability without sacrificing design and style. BCB aims to be apart of the solution to the current affordable housing shortage by bridging together the joint efforts of the city, citizens, community and investors to create quality and resilient affordable homes that are available in communities where they are mostly needed. City of Houston Homebuyer Assistance Program
Are you a first-time homebuyer with low to moderate income? The City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) provides a Homebuyer Assistance Program for eligible low to moderate income families looking to get into their first home. If you are buying a home for the first time and eligible for a loan, you may be able to receive assistance. Up to $25,000 is available for down payment assistance through the program. We can help you or your clients obtain this assistance.
